By registering for the CMC Global 2026 Annual Conference, I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for my actions. I understand that the organizer and the CMC Global 2026 Annual Conference team are not liable for any injury, accident, personal loss, or illness that may occur during the event.

Responsibility Agreement

I confirm that I hold no affiliations with other freight forwarding networks or alliances, whether for-profit or non-profit, in the roles of owner, administrator, board member, or adviser. If such a connection is found, my membership may be canceled without refund, and CMC has the right to inform all members, attendees, and relevant associations of my termination.

Terms and Condition

Additionally, we have no outstanding payables or disputes with forwarding partners beyond 90 days, and we are not listed on any blacklists in other networks or our local associations. Any findings may be publicly disclosed.
